This website is owned, operated and maintained by AXA Partner, NUF. Your privacy is very important to us. We value your trust and have developed this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect, protect and use your personal information. If you use our online claims portal, the insurer of your insurance contract is the data controller for all personal data you provide. How we collect your personal data

Visit to our website

Information about children may be collected in connection with an injury claim or in connection with an insurance offer, if this is relevant in relation to the conditions of the claim or offer.

  • Collecting, using and sharing personal information in order to comply with our legal obligations, such as where regulators or law enforcement agencies require us to do so.
  • We obtain your consent, in particular for direct marketing communications and, in some cases, for the sharing of your personal data.

Security of collected information

We enforce strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards in accordance with applicable standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access, and to prevent the loss and misuse of your personal information. We restrict access to personal data to employees and service providers who need knowledge of the information for legitimate business purposes and to assist in processing your requests, requests or claims.
